The Peninsula Choir’s 2019 Concert – Songs from the Movies

The Choir’s 2019 Concert, a fabulous programme of Songs from the Movies which everyone can sing along to, was on Saturday 12 October in Millisle and Ballycopeland Presbyterian Church Hall, Main Street, Millisle at 7:30pm. What a night! Together with Steven Irwin, the amazing baritone from Cloughey, we sang to a packed house, and had great fun with our table decorations to match the movies!

Midsummer Concert 2018

The Choir’s 2018 Summer Concert was held in St Patrick’s Community Centre, Portaferry, on 23 June. Midsummer Concert 2017

The Choir’s Midsummer Concert was on Friday 23 June 2017 in Cloughey Presbyterian Church at 7:30pm.  Joining us as our special guest was singer/songwriter Martin Donnelly, who sang some of his own songs for us mid-way through our programme.  The Choir also sang one of his songs, “Caolaidhe’s (Kali’s) Song”, and he was very kind about our performance!   It was a fabulous evening – feedback all round was “our best concert yet”!!
